Yin Yoga with Heather

After recently completing Yoga teacher training, Heather is now offering Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is slow paced with a focus on holding a pose for longer, allowing the muscles and joints to stretch. It aims to develop more flexibility and increased circulation to the joints.

Heather's class is targeted at older people with restricted mobility and flexibility who would like to improve joint and muscle health - but is open to all and anyone is welcome.

When:  Wednesday mornings 6.15am - 7.15am

What to bring: Comfortable clothes and an open mind

Kundalini yoga works directly on the endocrine and nervous systems to positively affect your life, creating a greater sense of peace and relaxation as well as a deep satisfaction with relationships, work and creativity.

Kundalini yoga is for anyone trying to deal with the increasing demands of modern life.  We live in a world of societal pressures, and with our world as it is right now, there has never been a greater time to apply yoga and meditation to help us withstand the intensity.

Please don’t be fooled - kundalini classes are powerful enough to challenge even the most of elite sports people through to those who are looking for gentle movement.
